Technical due diligence and platform hardening for a scaling wellbeing platform
myHappymind was scaling a digital wellbeing platform and needed a stronger technical foundation to support growth, investor scrutiny, and day-to-day operational confidence. Leadership wanted a clear view of where security posture, hosting resilience, and platform governance needed to improve across the marketing estate, Google Workspace, laptops, MDM, and BYOD usage.
FoundationState assessed the existing environment, advised on a more secure and resilient hosting setup, and helped shape the supporting controls needed around backups, monitoring, payment protection, and scale-risk reduction. The work also included security remediation tied to penetration-testing and audit findings, guidance on tooling aligned to GTM and product direction, and custom development support for store and learning-page experiences that better matched the evolving offering.
The result was a more investor-ready technical posture, with remediation activities progressed and accepted as part of PE funding readiness, a clearer roadmap for strengthening resilience and governance, and a more practical understanding of where technical improvement would reduce risk while supporting future scale.
